Leadership DNA, Part II: CORE Studies in the Life of the Church
Pastor Wade is developing the second half of Leadership DNA: our class for church laity and aspiring church leaders. This semester, he will be focusing on the C.O.R.E. of our DNA – Church, Organization, Relationships, and Essentials. Topics include – among others – a philosophy of ministry, our values and beliefs at Westminster, the offices of elder and deacon, and strategies for handling conflict. We will provide the materials you need for class and homework. You may choose between a Sunday evening or Monday noon class, starting the week of January 23.
