Grant is a College Station native and proud member of Texas A&M’s Class of 2019. He got involved with RUF early in his sophomore year, which is also where he met his wife, Anne Michal. Though born in Mississippi, Anne Michal moved to College Station at age 8 and later attended Texas A&M, majoring in Kinesiology. After graduating, Grant and Anne Michal married and moved to Mississippi, where they served together as RUF interns at Mississippi State for three years.
In 2022, they moved to Jackson for Grant to pursue his MDiv at RTS while also working in youth ministry at First Presbyterian Church. During that time, Anne Michal joined the RUF staff at Mississippi College.
Now back in College Station, they love ministering to students at Texas A&M—a place that has shaped both of their stories in meaningful ways. Grant enjoys cooking dinner with Anne Michal, reading for hours, and watching Aggie football (even when it hurts). Anne Michal loves going on walks, drinking coffee, reading, playing any pick‑up sport, and cheering for the Braves or the Aggies. They are grateful to be serving together in the community that feels most like home.
