Restorative JusticeThis ministry communicates the transforming power and unconditional love of God through Jesus Christ to those touched by the criminal justice system, envisioning a community of permanently changed individuals and restored families. Restorative Justice employs a chaplain in the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office. Pray for board members with vision and determination to lead the ministry toward expansion of services; for financial support, especially on a regular monthly basis; follow-up spiritual care to those released from the Brazos County jails; for provision of workers to certain areas of the ministry; for behavioral evidence to BCSO staff that their work for the inmates is making a difference; and for encouragement, health and blessing for Chaplain Dan Warden and Coordinator of Volunteers Jennie Garner. You can learn more about their ministry from their website.
